about healing

We believe that everyone has the innate ability to heal when given the rest, space, nutrition, and love the body needs. Our role is that of a nest maker, space holder. YOU are the healer, we

are your support team.

about

appointments

All appointments are 100 minutes and are structured like this:

1. A conversation about your overall health and what is important to you. Then together we'll make a plan for how the session will go.

2. Hands-on and/or energetic work, based on our conversation and your tissue today.

3. We'll wrap up our time with a moment

of rest, rehydration, and conversation.

The hands-on portion could be anywhere from 60 to 85 minutes, depending on what your body needs.

about massage

This statement comes from our friend Courtney of Whole Human Healing and says what we believe and want to be about.

"I honor massage as one of humanity’s oldest healing practices that has been woven throughout cultures and traditions across the world. From the Ayurvedic practices of India, to Traditional Chinese Medicine, to Native and Indigenous healing ceremonies, touch has always been a language of care, connection, and restoration.

While modern massage therapy has often been shaped by Western frameworks, its roots are global, diverse, and deeply spiritual. I acknowledge the wisdom keepers and healers of these traditions whose knowledge has often been overlooked, uncredited, or commercialized and capitalized on without recognition.

In my own work I will always strive to approach massage with humility, integrity, and respect. Respect that is not only for the body’s tissues, but for the nervous system, the energy that flows through us, and the ancestral lineages of touch that continue to guide the hands and practices of healers in our modern world."
